About Our Service

USMEN provides a confidential, secure online prescriber service. Patients can access medicines approved by our GPhC-registered prescribers following a medical consultation. All prescribers are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

To use our service, complete the online medical questionnaire. Once reviewed, the prescriber assesses your chosen treatment for safety and suitability. Upon approval, payment is securely processed, and medicines are dispatched in discreet packaging via Royal Mail.

Your personal details are securely stored, and all medicines are sourced from trusted UK suppliers.

Regulation of Our Service

Pricing

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is included, with next-day options available for a fee.
• Ensure payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

Refunds

Medicines cannot be returned once dispatched. If the prescriber cannot approve your request, a full refund will be provided.
