Unfortunately we only serve clients within the UK that can receive their treatment to a verified UK address. 

You can, however our service is all-inclusive so the prescription is included in the cost.

It may be necessary to contact you if there are any problems with your order. Problems can sometimes occur with taking payment or because the clinician has some further questions about your health, having already reviewed your consultation. If we contact you by phone, it minimizes any delay to your order and is one of the quickest ways to overcome any issue.

Here are some tips before calling to place your order;

Have a clear idea of your general medical health and have your personal details such as your bank card ready to process the order and confirm your age.

You can review the consultation beforehand by clicking to order the particular treatment where the medical consultation form will appear. 

This will depend on which treatments you wish to order. Certain medications may interact with each other, causing harmful side effects. If you wish to place a second order for a different medication, take another consultation and the clinician will be able to assess whether you are safe to use this medication alongside your previous order.

Once your consultation is complete, it will be scanned through our system. If there's an initial issue, our Customer Service Representatives will contact you. It will also be checked by a certified clinician who may ask for some additional information.

Alternatively, there could be an issue with your personal and/or payment details. Our Customer Service Representatives will look to resolve this issue over the phone; however, if you are unavailable you will be emailed as well.

If there is an issue with your consultation, this doesn't mean you will not receive your order, but we need to ensure the medication is safe for you to use. If your order is declined by the prescribing pharmacist you will be told the reasons why.

No, it is dangerous and wasteful to stockpile medication for further use. This is the reason why we have a set amount of package sizes for each medication.

Our Repeat Prescription service (RPS) enables you to continue your treatment uninterruptedly (between review dates designated by our medical practitioners, typically 3-6 months) by receiving repeat prescriptions from our medical staff in addition to a regular flow of your medication. Prescribers must prescribe before a patient can buy prescription medicine from our pharmacy.

Due to UK laws and regulations associated with prescription medications, we cannot exchange or refund your order once it has been dispatched from our pharmacy for delivery.

If you believe your order has been damaged or opened, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

The medication you order will always be genuine medicine, however, like all products, the packaging may be different as we use a few preferred UK manufacturers to ensure we always have stock readily available. This doesn't mean the medication isn't authentic and it will still be the same.

It's worth noting that certain medications have a cheaper version. Every prescription medication has at least one active ingredient, which may be available in branded and non-branded versions. They work in the same way.

When buying prescription medication, a website must have the correct licenses from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC). At UsMen we are approved by the GPHC and the medicines we supply are regulated by the MHRA

This ensures that you will receive genuine medicine, but there are also additional factors you can check yourself when you receive the medication.

Check that the packaging hasn't been tampered with, the patient leaflet is present and the blister packs are untouched.

If you're beginning a new treatment, you may experience some side effects. These tend to be manageable and disappear over time. If it is a continual medication you are taking and this is your experience, you can email our clinicians for advice or call 111.

If you have any concerns regarding side effects or symptoms of an allergic reaction at any point, or have been experiencing symptoms for a long period of time, please stop taking the medication and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
