We offer a discreet service through the entire process, from your initial consultation to receiving your treatment. Your data and privacy is important to us. We ensure all parcels are in plain packaging for discreet delivery of your treatment and pharmacy goods. The packaging does not contain any branding on the outer packaging. For added privacy, your bank statement will read as ‘Concept LTD'?

Most orders can be fully tracked from your dispatch email and in your online account. You will also receive an email and/or SMS notification from your courier of choice with your tracking information. Your tracking will be live from the evening that your order is dispatched.

The courier will notify you of the day of your delivery with an estimated time slot.

Orders can be delivered as quickly as the next working day. 1st class with Royal Mail arrives the next day for the vast majority of people. However, they do not guarantee next-day delivery. If you require your medicine the next day we suggest selecting Special Delivery.  

All orders received before 3 pm will be reviewed by our prescriber and dispatched on the same working day. Any orders received after 15:00 or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.​

Estimated delivery dates are provided in the checkout and the courier will notify you with a date and time window when the parcel is ready to be delivered. You can follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. All orders are subject to approval by our medical team of pharmacists and prescribers. The delivery date in the checkout is subject to your consultation being approved by our healthcare team.

All packages will be sent in discreet, tamper-proof packaging and meet the guidelines of Royal Mail to fit easily through your letterbox. When you select your delivery address, you will be given the option to confirm that it is safe and appropriate for a package containing medicines to be posted through your letterbox. Do not select this option if it is not safe for the package to be posted through the letterbox, for example, due to animals or small children being able to access your post. We will confirm in the checkout whether your parcel is likely to fit through the letterbox.

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail by 1st class post. This is completely free of charge with no minimum order value. Our standard delivery comes free of charge. We offer a special delivery service that guarantees next-day delivery. If you require your treatment for the next day, please select this option. The cost for special delivery is £5.99. 

Please note that special delivery orders posted on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday, although in most cases they will.​

Update delivery location - add a Safe place, preferred neighbour, or update your delivery location to a local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

Deliveries containing pharmacy-only or prescription medicines may require a signature on receipt. You will be notified that your order requires a signature on the receipt at the checkout. 

Storage of Medication

All medicines should be stored safely, out of the reach of children and at room temperature

Delivery to an alternative address

Please also note that we are unable to post medicines to third parties. We can however post your treatment to an alternative address (your work address for example) but the treatment
must be posted to the patient who has ordered it.

Should you wish to return unwanted medicines for us to dispose
of, you can post them back to us free of charge.

Free Delivery is available on all orders, although the delivery should arrive the next working day on orders placed before 3 pm. This is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and we do offer a Special Delivery service at £5.99.
